Colour configuration of a joomla website

I need a freelancer to change the colour palette of my Joomla website/components (main CSS), install the logo, favicon, fix the menus and also make it secure (SSL). I currently have Joomla 3 a CMS template installed and running on my host (Godaddy). I will change the pictures and writing after the work is done. Help with the colour application is needed to follow the colour pallet of the company.
