Coding sendpulse Whatsapp chatbot to be able to query JBusinessDirectory business entries and sell offers and render results on Whatsapp.

We are a non-profit Business Member Organisation operating in Zimbabwe. Our website is www.smeaz.org.zw and it is based on Joomla. We have a Business Directory (https://www.smeaz.org.zw/shop-online/business-directory) and online shop (https://www.smeaz.org.zw/shop-online/online-shop) which are JBusinessDirectory-based (www.cmsjunkie.com) and we have just finished implementing a basic information-only chatbot built on Sendpulse. We would like chatbot users to be able to post product/service requests using the chatbot, and a query be run on either of those two platforms and the result returned to the user (including pictures) on Whatsapp. We also need users to be able to request quotes, and such requests to be sent to a designated Whatsapp number for onward passing on to member Whatsapp groups.
