Clean hosting by malware, several wbsites joomla and wp

I have an hosting with about 8 websites all infected by (i guess) the same malware, i need a toital cleanining and secure it, you can chek one is www.francescofinotti.co, it has a malware to redirect sometime, nothing really dangerous but it has to be fixed
