Calculation tool for website (joomla)

I need a calculation tool for my website. It should calculate the percentage of an input field and give out the calculated number (percentage) from the input field number.
I need to be able to change all numbers and words/text since I will use the Java / HTML/? you programmed to create several others copies in different languages and for different training zone.
The Loading time should be as fast as possible
You are supposed to send me the html that I can copy in to my joomla installation.
