Buy/Sell Request form revision and System creation -- 2
Budget: ₹2,500 – ₹6,000 INR
www.businessinfolink.com is a business directory website which lists businesses. It has Joomla CMS version 3.8.10 installed. The website presently has a “Post your Buying Requirement “ form in the home page. Now, the following modification and development work is to be done related to this form.
1. The form title is to be changed to “New Feature : Post your Requirement “. The fields phone no, company, State, City will remain as such. Remove E-mail, address, and country fields. Add “Buy/Sell” field, which is to be chosen from a drop down or toggle options. Replace the field “your requirement” with “Product / Service required”, Quantity, and Unit fields. Replace “Get Quotation now” by “Save Request”.
2. The above information posted by the Buyer or Seller, should get saved in a new database titled “Buy / Sell Offers”, accessible and editable through Joomla Admin Area. The postings will initially have “unpublished” status, which can be published by admin, after checking. The system should create a unique reference number for each Buy /Sell offer posted and store the same along with “Date of posting” in the database.
3. A “Buying Offers” Module and a “Selling Offers” Module will be created below the present buying enquiry form in the home page, where 3 most recent listings in each module should be shown in the form of boxes, with older listings shown at connected inner pages. The boxes should show the Product/service required, Quantity, City, Date of posting. The phone number should be covered and will be displayed on clicking over it. The number of clicks for each posting should be counted and stored to capture traffic data.
4. Admin should have the access to publish/ unpublish / delete any of the “Buy offer” or “Sell offer” from Admin area and cPanel at any point of time. The design created should be fully responsive for proper display and viewing in desktop and mobile devices and should not disturb the present layout.
After the work , it will be tested by mock trial of submission of “ Buy /sell request “ and checking that above functions are working as described. People who have done similar development work in a Joomla website or having the needed skills to do so, may only apply.
