Built Website

I do have a website in place but looking to change most of it. It doesn't do much and I can't really change anything (Joomla). Looking into changing possibly to WordPress or other user friendly format, boosting SEO performance, attracting clients (sales funnel), more interactive, creative. Needs to be in French and English. I can do the French translation no problem. I'm an insurance agent specializing in group health insurance for employers and their employees. Please advise if you need more details.
