Adjustments in joomla template and virtuemart template.

I need some adjustments in my general joomla template and in my virtue mart template. I'm running the actual joomla version as well as virtue mart.
My main template has an asteroid Framework and the design of the shop elements do not fit together.
There are 3 main categories because I need the changes:
1st 1-5 SEO reasons
2nd 6 optical reasons to adjust the virtue mart design to web design
3rd 7 optional / extra depending on time, price & resources
