Project Summary

We have a WordPress + WooCommerce website and a Flutter inventory app connected via API. Both are running very slow and we need a tester to find the exact causes and provide a fix plan.



Problems

Slow website loading (especially product/shop pages)

Heavy product listing/media causing delays

Flutter app screens load slowly due to slow/large API responses

Search/filter feels laggy

What You Need To Do

Test key flows (browse, search/filter, cart/checkout on website + inventory flows in app)

Measure performance (page speed + API response time + app screen load time)

Identify bottlenecks (frontend, plugins, images, server, database, API, app-side)

Share a priority-wise report with steps + recommendations

Deliverables

Bug/issue list (Critical/High/Medium/Low)

Performance report (PageSpeed/Lighthouse + API timings)

Clear action plan to improve speed

Requirements

Experience with WooCommerce + Flutter and API testing (Postman/JMeter/k6 preferred).
