Alter Jmeter Script to add random timings

We have a Jmeter script (attached) in to scale test our website. In the script the users all come on and complete actions at the same time, which isn't realistic. Instead of the 10s wait time between actions we would like it to be a random time between 5s and 15s.

The finished product will be the same meter script but with the random wait time between actions rather than 10s every time.
