I need a devops engineer for CI CD with Docker, Jenkins, AWS related work

We are looking for a CI CD pipeline using Jenkins and Docker with a group coding on our ongoing development.
Our project is an ongoing in house development using ReactJs front end, NodeJs backend and MongoDB database.
We want to host our project and also want the CI CD implemented on two different servers namely AWS EC2 and Google Cloud.
We want support to use the Cypress like automation tool for continuous testing in CI CD for both browser and API.
Also we want support for the Ansible like configuration management tool and the Nagio like monitoring and alerting service tool for CI CD.
We need docker contain that can be install on any server and also configure all securities
