create a Jenkins pipeline to run the shell script

I have created a shell script to extract tags from a salt.sls file, but need help in setting up a Jenkins Pipeline to use this script. Based on the environment parameter passed in the pipeline it should pull a file from bitbucket and use that file as input to the shell script
