Jira Software configuration -- 3

As the project holder, I am looking for an experienced freelancer to help me with customizing and automating a workflow in Jira Software. The scope of the project includes the need for assistance in defining dev and design workflows, and ongoing support once the initial configuration has been completed. This workflow should be created so that it is optimized for the specific needs of my project and team members. The freelancer should have knowledge and/or experience with customizing and automating workflows in Jira Software, knowledge of the best plugins to use, experience with integration with Github & Jenkins, to ensure that the desired target processes have been met with maximum efficiency.
