Convert UCD Script to CLI

I need assistance converting a UCD plugin-based script in our Jenkins pipeline to a CLI-based script. The current script primarily handles deployment automation.

Key Requirements:
- Rewrite existing Groovy script to a CLI-based format
- Ensure integration with current CI/CD pipelines is maintained
- Use of any command-line tools is acceptable
