Configure a Jenkins pipeline

Looking for build a simple jenkins pipeline. It is a React hello world app so no complexity there. The part I need your expertise is in deployment steps. You'll configure the pipeline with Gitlab webhook. It should start the build on code push. Upon build, the artifacts should be copied (scp) to a EC2 instance through a jump host.
Deliverable is the jenkinsfile pipeline with documented process.
