CICD Jenkins Pipelines

I have 200 web applications running on Windows-based, on-prem servers that need to be brought under a single, cleanly managed Jenkins setup. The servers are locked down, so you will not receive direct access; instead, you will deliver fully documented Jenkinsfiles, shared libraries, seed jobs, and any supporting PowerShell or Groovy scripts that my internal team can drop in and run.

What I need from you
• A maintainable folder/job hierarchy that scales neatly to all 200 applications
• Parameter-driven pipelines covering build, test, package, and deploy, with blue-green or rolling strategies where appropriate
• Automated health checks, test stages, and Slack/email notifications
• Secure credential handling in a Windows on-prem environment
• Hooks or instructions for pushing build metrics to monitoring stacks such as Prometheus/Grafana

Acceptance criteria
1. Importing your artefacts into our air-gapped Jenkins instance spins up all jobs and libraries without manual edits.
2. A sample app travels end-to-end—build → test → deploy—on our Windows servers.
3. Clear documentation lets my admins replicate the setup for the remaining apps in under ten minutes each.
