Build Kubernetes Jenkins CI/CD Pipeline
Budget: ₹500,000 – ₹1,000,000 INR
I’m ready to automate our application delivery on Kubernetes and need a specialist who can stand up a brand-new Jenkins instance and wire it into a robust CI/CD workflow. There is no existing Jenkins server, so you’ll be starting from a clean slate: choosing the right deployment method (Helm, operator, or another approach you prefer), configuring shared libraries, and establishing best-practice security (RBAC, secrets management, containerized agents).
Once Jenkins is live, the core of the job is designing and implementing pipelines that build our container images, run automated tests, and roll the updates into our Kubernetes clusters with zero-downtime strategies such as rolling updates or blue-green (whichever you recommend for our needs). I expect solid, readable Jenkinsfiles and clear naming conventions so the team can extend the pipelines later without hand-holding.
Deliverables
• Production-ready Jenkins deployment running on Kubernetes
• End-to-end CI pipeline (build, test, scan, push to registry)
• CD pipeline that deploys to our clusters with automated rollback on failure
• Documentation covering setup, pipeline structure, and any Helm charts or manifests you create
• A short hand-over session to walk through the solution
Acceptance criteria
The pipelines must complete successfully from Git commit to live deployment, be triggerable both automatically and on demand, and include basic monitoring hooks so we can track build health inside Jenkins and via Kubernetes events.
