websocket audio transport webpage page PURE JAVASCRIPT ONLY!

Currently have a raw javascript page that records audio and sends files back and forth via http requests. need to modify this to allow web sockets for remote control of PC app, including audio transport back and forth using ONLY web sockets. Please!!! do not apply for this project if you have not used web sockets to send audio back and forth. I DO NOT WANT TO USE WEBRTC!!!! Also some knowledge of the bass.dll library is helpful since this will be used on th pc app side (i write that code)
