web AR navigation with three js

i need to build a webAR indoor navigation and this is the requirement
-indicator to navigate
-choose from a droplist a place and indicator will show and guide
-carchtaer to guid the user
-web base
- user scan the barcode and barcode from out the web will be example.com/{recoginze the spot}
-adding flat for each position
-multi barcode
