web ar indoor map

i need to build a webAR indoor navigation and this is the requirement
-indicator to navigate
-choose from a droplist a place and indicator will show and guide
-web base
- user scan the QR and QR from out the web will be example.com/{recoginze the spot}
-adding flat for each position
