I need an expert in react Js to build me a complex web app with some major features. I need the person to send me a cv or portfolio. The person has to be able to use Git hub so i can see what you are doing and put as much comment as possible. The budget allocation for this project is small and its 25 dollars . So bid not more than 25 dollars and only if the budget is ok for you and you can do the job
