web animation via html, css and javascript

Have adobeXd file containing multiple static screens with components, we need to convert to html and apply animation via css and javascript. Animation like an opening elevator door and zoom in zoom out and like a big news gallery screen that zooms like a magnifying lens when you move left and right and top and bottom..etc, and some other aspects of animation. Needs to be done in css and javascript (or any other necessary library) but not using a framrwork like React or such.
