I want someone to help me fix an error in a code

I'm working on a front-end and I'm using html, css, json and javascript. I have a problem that I can't connect the json file. so, whenever the function in javascript calls it, it fails.
note: the front-end should create a network visualization through the data set in the json file.
I need someone who can fix this error for me.
