if a user enters i.e. { breast cancer } in a slug form field, the app should create i.e. { breast cancer + suggested keyword } i.e. { breast cancer surgery }, etc. However, the app should not create { breast or cancer surgery }.
if the user enters { $key } in a non-slug form field, i.e. { we offer affordable $key to patients from across the world }, the app should replace { $key } with { breast cancer surgery } as long as the slug matches the $key.
