I want to develop a chrome extension to minify the HTML, CSS and JS of the live webpage in runtime

My project is to develop a Chrome Extension that can minify HTML, CSS and JavaScript of the live webpage in runtime. The Chrome Extension should minify HTML, CSS and JS of the entire webpage only when the network speed is below the threshold level, and it should activate only when the user clicks it. Additionally, the Chrome Extension should have a user interface in order to be simple and straightforward, but still allow the user to customize as needed. My project will create a Chrome Extension with all these features, creating an efficient and easy to use product for users.
