I want to build NXware plugin

I want to make plug-in frame work for this solution.
Video -> [yolo] -> plug-in frame work -> NX witness

Result
- 1) yolo based plug-in frame work using python
- 2) doc how to build plug-in

Condition
- 1) All of project payment will be paid after check result there are no upfront project cost
- 2) once bid project cost, it will not negotiation, it is waste of time, so, pls conKrm project bid price before apply
- 3) Goal of this project is build plugin for NXWare, so performance of Yolo doesn't care for now
- 4) U can ask NXWare evaluation license on that site, they will send evaluation license within 2 or 3 days.
- 5) u have to accept project when u start, some developer work without accept award.
if he failed, he leave, I lost time.
So, if didn't accept award within 3 hr, I will cancel award.
