I want a Voting web app

The app has three pages:
Profile page: user picture and information
Voting page: a list of searchable questions.
Results page: search by keyword if the question or title.
* You do not require to implement registration.

Implementation:
The UI is in Persian (right-to-left)
React native
DB MySQL
Backend could be in any of Node.js, Python, Java
