use codepen example to create a react js codepen version

I have a codepen here https://codepen.io/GreenSock/pen/ALvYEO which I want converting to a react js codepen with hooks. However, I want the knob dial to keep looping through the numbers as you spin. At the moment you can only spin round 360 once. This needs to infinite loop and go from 0 to 9. I want to use styled components for the css. Also the numbers 0 - 9 need to go around the knob dial too.
