use codepen to create a next js react component

I have a codepen here https://codepen.io/GreenSock/pen/ALvYEO which I want converting to a next js react component which can be used in my app. However, I want the dial to keep looping through the numbers as you spin. At the moment you can only spin round 360 once. This needs to infinite loop and go from 0 to 9. Also want to use styled components and there needs to be an input box which the number feeds into
