use cheerio to return json from html document

I am looking for a freelancer who can use Cheerio to extract specific data from a simple HTML document and return it in JSON format. Here are the project requirements:
Data Extraction:
- The freelancer should be able to extract the text content from the HTML document.
JSON Structure:
- Although there is no defined structure, I have a rough idea of how I want the JSON to be formatted.
