upgrade/harmonize UI components on existing single page web app

The current web application serves both desktop, tablet and mobile (there is no mobile app) it's a single page. Think of it as an interactive form which consist of UI components (range slider, numeric input Spinbox, radio buttons list, drop-down list, multi-select list, dial/knob input) the user interactivity with these components is pivotal to the application and its future success. Firstly i am looking to find a developer can review the existing source code and then make a recommendation on which UI components might be the best fit.
