C# tool that have 2 features: import & export cookies with password

i just need small C# tool that have 2 features: import & export cookies with password. I will give you a chrome extension that you could follow. my need is exactly like that extension. it works well on chrome. the tool must work for 3 browsers when chosen: chrome, edge, Firefox. The result expected after importing cookies is: the account that is logged in must be logged in automatically at new pc.
