speed and performance optimize of ReactJS website

I have a reactjs web app but it's loading in 5 seconds. There I guess need some changes in webpack and optimize it correctly so that it loads fast.
Need to perform optimization as per gtmetrix.

Kindly bid if you are experienced in reactjs optimization i.e webpack, code splitting and analyzing of components renders etc.
