speechify like played for the browser

I am looking for a simple audio player that can be used to play mp3 on mainly chrome and safari browser.
It should have functionality like the speechify. Dont reinvent, use any existing opensource if you can find it.
1. The full SRT file will be displayed and a paragraph the is currently being active will be highlighted and always in the centre of the screen.
2. The current word would be highlighted in a different colour.
3. The ability to move to the next paragraph
4. The ability to move to the previous paragraph
5. All common abilities of a music players like play,pause etc needed.
