A simple social media project

This is to extend a simple twitter like website. We will start with an existing open source project so its not starting from scratch.

Add a few features
- Topics - user can follow
- User feed
- Refer a friend
- User identity verification - upload id, social media link, verify
- Add support role (to administer 'tweetrs', verify users)
