A simple Javascript based function which generates an editor.

I want a javascript function which takes in simple "yes" or "no" as parameters and generates a WYSIWYG h-auto and w-auto (Or function input based) wherever I require in my website.
It should support the Italics, Bold, Underline, Ordered List, Unordered List, Images and document uploads+1 special lock and unlock option. I will give a design model and want it on those lines.
The input can be a javascript object such that:

Italics:"No",
etc
}
The output from the editor will be caught by another function, I want the output to be in JSON and the uploads as base64
