rapid prototype PWA

To be completely up front, I don't know if this project will be feasibla due to time constraints so this project is mainly to get a grasp on whether our idea can be completed and at what cost.

We are having the problem that our team events are being cancelled because of the current pandemic situation and would like to offer our customers an alternative.
As we have multiple websites on restaurants and wine we would like to create a scavanger hunt guiding the participants through our sites where whe hide clues.
The PWA needs a few capabilities to accommodate for this.
"login" for the group so that a whole group can work together
multiple sessions at the same time so that multiple customers can play simultaneously but seperately
Session handling for a group to make sure everyone in the group is working on the same task (not like a chat but a notification feature if a task/step has been completed by a member of the group)
input capabilities that can be checked (search for a code, enter and receive a message if the code was correct)
maybe a bar code scanner. if a bottle of wine is sent to the players, they can all scan the code on the bottle to be directed to a website, or similar.
open to ideas from your end so feel free to add suggestions to your proposal.
As this would be launched end of December / start of January the timeline is very tight. Please let us know if you think this is realistic.
