Seeking an experienced technical consultant to customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365, focusing primarily on the Customer Engagement and Sales modules. Your task will be to personalize the sales processes, establish custom fields and entities, and set up dashboards and reports. A grasp on customisation configuration plugins workflows JavaScript and C# is a plus. This role requires the ability to transfer knowledge effectively, hence, proficiency in training and support is also desired.
