A program for Zoom -- 2

I need to write and configure a program for Zoom, which, in response to a voice question, shows one of the videos.
I found on the net a description of how a similar program works (recognizes a voice and sends a picture). I will send a link to the executor of the project. In the example, the Artyom.js library was used for voice recognition, but other libraries can certainly be used.
Ideally, I would like this: there is a zoom conference, there are several breakout rooms (separate sessions). There is a program in each room. If a person wants to talk to a program , I transfer him to the appropriate session. A person sees a picture (options for questions), asks a question with a voice. The program recognizes the key phrase and launches a short video with the answer. If it doesn’t recognize it, it launches the “I don’t understand you” video.
