pine script coder for trading view, must have knowledge of charting/trading

Hello! I'm looking for an experienced pine script coder with knowledge of charting and trading to create a script for my day trading purposes. It must include the ability to code a 3 exponential moving average strategy. Additionally, I need the script to include functionality for trade execution as well as take profit and stop loss. I also need active trading hours as well as resistance. there are other features that make the script more effective, I'm open to discussion. i need someone who can understand charts
