We need windows 11 for xlsx files will change double click on behavior

Find where onedrive.exe hooks the shell right-click menu.
Then replace the normal .xlsx double-click (right-click open) menu with a custom exe.
That custom exe needs to then instantiate the onedrive.exe right-click custom menu and pass to it the name of the path of the excel sheet that it has just intercepted.
onedrive.exe generates a url that is used to open the web browser to the online one drive. In that url are the excel path, but also a key that, I presume, only onedrive.exe can generate. If you only pass the excel path in the url, online one drive rejects the path.
wants to open up excel in the web version of Excel rather than the desktop version. It works ok if you right-click on the excel file and press the "View Online" button, as can be seen in the attached image.
We would like some software \ a script \ registry change which will change the system behaviour so that when an excel file is double-clicked on the PC response is the same as if we have right-clicked on the file and selected view online
I will create first 50$ milestone not more and when its done 50%.. i will released it..and on that time i will create other 50% milestone and released after full worl done..
