I need someone to build for me a chrome plugin like Lusha.com

I need someone to build for me a chrome plugin for my tool.
When you click on the plugin it should have the first screen (see attached no 1)
When you are on any website it should pop up on the right corner (with the ability to drag it up and down) (attached no2)
when you click it should open a sidebar on the right of the page.
then it should make an API call in our side with the domain as param and it should show the results (see attached no3)
Extra requirement:
When you are inside Linkedin you should send the profile URL and also pick the first name and last name from inside the page "profile page" and send it to the API and then show the results.
If you got an error message from the server you should show the message in a nice way.
No Login or Auth is required to the plugin. All will be public apis.
