i need someone to build me a blockchain launchpad

i need someone to build me a blockchian launchpad where people can buy presales using bnb, developers will list their project by providing their info and then pay a fees of which 50% will go to the project wallet and other 50% to the rewards pool. and 2% of all bnb raised will be automatically sent to project wallet. i need an automated process! there should be wallet connect aswell!
