I need to modify a website Three.js + WebGL

Hello, my name is Zuco.
I'm developing a project related to festivals and i was wondering if you could
take Simon's 2019 Folio (the little jeep webpage) and make some changes.

Our idea is to replace the little jeep with a person. And make escenarios where people are dancing.
For example : - a little beach with some people dancing or jumping
- a pool party
-a reunion
Don't think of it like something super big. Just little escenarios with no more than 10 persons, and the models can be de regular white 3d animated person. Not necesary to have face.

So when our character enters that space, it starts jumping or dancing as well.
Its only for visual purposes.
Then erase or change the statues. Maybe erase the playground.
Projects arrow can remain the same but we can just change the info.
Information arrow can remain the same, we just need to add some countries. Nothing more than that.
So, i would like to know if you are interested in the job, your time availability, and how much could it cost.
