I need help with Jest testing library, mock up moment library

Looking for someone proficient with Jest library skills to help me to fix one unit test, should be straightforward,
we need to mock up the moment because when we test getCoverageDates() function and pass a date, the moment is executed based on the region(Pacific area). so the tests get failed if you choose the pacific area for example on your computer. look at the screenshot , or when you run yarn test in the project
