need help to upgrade an existing PWA

I have an old PWA (progressive web app) that needs some work. I have a new UI and we have to copy buttons functions from old PWA to the new UI. I'm looking for a freelancer that has experience with PWA, PHP, HTML, JS, CSS, WebPack, VUE JS and live audio streaming. Based on this PWA I have a webview app that runs on Android and iOS. The project is private on github. To ease the process I may require to observe and guide via Anydesk/Chrome Remote Desktop. I estimate we will need few hours to do the upgrade. If everything goes well we will continue working adding more features to this PWA. All bids > $30 will be discarded.
