You should familiar with Javascript, Vue/React, Jquery, HTML, CSS, Semantic-UI.
The web's language should support two versions, Chinese and English.

The functionalities of the web page are including:
1. ask questions, post document and post gig (need reform)
2. search questions/doc/gig (need reform)
3. register new user, including changing avatar. (need reform)
4. sign in/out (need reform)
5. upload user resume/CV and fill in form online, represents in web page. (new)
6. edit user resume/CV in web page. (new)
7. support user resume output in .doc, .docx, .pdf, .html5 (new)
8. support user resume input in .doc, .docx, .pdf
