I need a frontend developer

Target of the project is implementation corporate website for employers.
Website will allow user to setup account and add list of hobbies in
which person is interested in.
Administrator will have access to user accounts and will be able to
search them using hobbies keyword.
Using this knowledge administrator will be able to create groups of
interest in specified hobby and message
users about other group members.

Preferred architecture:
- backend on top of the database containing all user accounts details
and exposing it via secure API
- admin panel for account administration
- frontend serving interface for users

Portal needs to allow:
- users registration
- user profile customization (picture and list of hobbies)
- admin access to full user database
- messaging in between admin and users
- single database easy for backup
- scaling option with multiple frontends pointing to one backend
- UI customisation (be able to set "Christmas" colorscheme or change it
once a while easy way)
- Option for easy account setup using existing social media account will
be benefit.
(For example ability to import profile picture from Facebook or LinkedIn)


For the technologies which needs to be used project is flexible. For the
fronted the keywords will be:
- JavaScript
- REACT
- Next.js
- CRA
- TypeScript
- Angular
- Ruby
- RAILS

For backend keywords will be:
- Ruby
- Flask
- MySQL
- PHP

Any other propositions related to different technologies will be
evaluated too.
There is a chance for project continuation if the first version will be
accepted by company management.
Additional benefit would be developer location in EU timezone.

Budget for this project is not set so we are open to propositions.
There is a big chance that after 1st version will be done we would like
to continue with next version where budget will be fixed and development
plan scheduled for next 6 - 12 months (or longer).
