I need a custom Minecraft plugin.

I am making my own Minecraft server with different gamemodes, with one of them being Bedwars. Currently, none of the current public plugins are really appealing to me. So, I came here. I want a Bedwars plugin like Hypixel has, just for it to be called GemWars and for the bed to be replaced with a gem (e.g. emerald block). If possible within the budget, I would like for there to be two seperate ones too. So one GemWars and another one BedWars. NOTE: I would like this plugin to be Paper / Bukkit meaning that it would be on Minecraft Java Edition. Thanks for considering!
