I need a Shopify expert -- 2

Hello! I'm looking for a Shopify expert to help me with a project. I am in need of someone experienced in designing and setting up Shopify stores, as well as troubleshooting, updating, and maintaining them. I don't currently have a Shopify account set up and am in need of help either setting one up or finding the right steps to do so. I also do not have any products to add, but I am open to help creating them if needed. Any help with this project is greatly appreciated!
