I need a NextJs Get request with a parameter to retrieve data from MYSQL

I need a developer proficient in Next.js and a good understanding in API development. I have a parameter I would like to pass which is a string value to pull an entire user object with all of the properties in a database. this would be a string parameter passed into a Get request with a response of an entire record pulled from a MySQL database and using an Interface to extract the properties into a page. This is a very small project and should only take a few minutes of time.
